Dr. Vidya joined as an assistant professor in the Department of Management, Central University of Andhra Pradesh, in July 2025. She has been teaching for the past fourteen years. She started her teaching career as assistant professor at Chiranjeevi Reddy Institute of Technology and Sciences (CRIT) in 2011 and worked till 2016. Then served for Raghavendra Institute of Management Sciences (RIMS), Anantapur from 2016 to 2021 and contributed for Ananthalakshmi Institute of Technology and Sciences,Anantapur from 2021 to 2025,june. She has a research experience of six years in sri krishnadevaraya university,Anantapur from 2019 to 2025.
