  • Prior to joining PhD, she was an Assistant Teacher at CCIE Public School (ICSE Board), Bhubaneswar, Odisha (2011 – 2013). She was entrusted with responsibilities such as subject teaching, extra-curricular activities, event management and partial involvement in business development.

Research Project (Ongoing), Tata Steel Foundation, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Responsibility: The outcome of the project will be translated into different Indian language, and it will be documented as a book.

1.Field Investigator, Tata Steel Rural Development Society, Duburi, Jajpur, Odisha (March 17 – April 9, 2019).
Research Project Topic: “Quality Incharge for Third Party Assessment of BYST-TSL Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme”.
Responsibilities: Questionnaire translation, field investigation, assessing and uploading the data, discussion with the entrepreneurs, coordinating with the organization and filed investigators.
2.Research Internship, Ernst & Young LLP, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (April 3 – June 6, 2017)
Research Project Topic: “Technical Assistance to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Government of Odisha, in the implementation of the state urban sanitation strategy focusing on Feacal Sludge and Septage Management”
Responsibility: Involved in data collection, processing, analysis, and preparation of situation analysis reports.
3.Field Investigator, GIDS Institute of Development Studies, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (January 27 – March 23, 2017)
Research Project Topic: “Human Security and Vulnerability Uttar Pradesh and Odisha” (ICSSR-supported project)
